Step 2:

1. Click on the SECURITY tab to enter IE's security setup.
2. Click on the CUSTOM LEVEL button near the bottom of the window.
3. Scroll down till you find a section called COOKIES, and a subsection called ALLOW COOKIES THAT ARE STORED ON YOUR COMPUTER..
4. Select ENABLE.
5. Click OK to accept.
